ABOUT ME
Christina Sullivan, PNP
Pediatric Sleep Coach
Welcome to Tiny Train Sleep Academy!
I'm Christina Sullivan, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping families achieve restful nights and happier days. My journey began as a registered nurse, where I spent several years caring for newborns and children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of child development, family-centered care, and the importance of healthy sleep. I later advanced my education to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, allowing me to further support children and their families throughout their growth and development. As both a healthcare provider and a parent, I understand how exhausting sleep challenges can be for the entire family. I believe every child deserves healthy, restorative sleep, and every parent deserves compassionate guidance and support.
While my background as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner informs my evidence-based approach, services through Tiny Train Sleep Academy are provided solely in my role as a pediatric sleep coach and educator and are not a substitute for medical care.
MY APPROACH
Empowerment through Education
As a Mom of 3, I understand how challenging it can be to create and maintain a consistent sleep schedule while balancing life's demands.
I take a holistic approach to sleep consulting, emphasizing the importance of education and family dynamics in achieving restful nights. My goal is to empower parents with practical strategies and tools that fit their family's unique needs. At Tiny Train Sleep Academy, I provide personalized sleep coaching services for children from birth through 4 years of age. Together, we'll create age-appropriate sleep routines and healthy sleep habits that fit your family's unique needs, helping your little sleeper stay on track toward better sleep.
